A very structured building, featuring two storeys proper, a socle storey and a smaller upper storey, continues the existing, rather heterogeneous buildings along Albermannstraße.
With deep recesses, large roof terraces break down the upper and smaller upper storey and outline four individual houses.
Two glass access volumes with stairwells and lifts break up the street front of the 50m block and make for various vistas.
Given the huge difference in elevation between Albermannstraße in the north and Kellerstraße in the south of the property, the socle storey can only be seen on the side of the garden.
The entrance is on the ground floor, in part below the street level.
Ground and socle storey are combined to maisonettes. While these, with their room-high glazing and terraces in front, are facing the garden, in the back of the socle storey we find cellars and HVAT rooms.
On the upper and attic floor, we find two to four-room flats, each with its own roof terrace.
The pattern visible from the outside, continuing the structure of the supporting elements (concrete ceilings and wall partitions), structures the south facades of the ten flats. Wooden panels on the upper floor break up the floor-high wall elements in front of the kitchens and bathrooms facing the street. On the side of the garden and of the street, sliding wooden blinds are in the pipeline.
